THE ROLE
We are looking for a technical support consultant (English speaking) to work in a relaxed environment and be part of a motivated and growing team. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries over the phone, in accordance with service standards and procedures, in order to provide excellence and quality service to our customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone;
Provide information regarding reported requests;
Be the face of our client to our customers and partners.
To be successful, you will need to have:
Experience in customer relations in a wide variety of situations. We expect you to excel in English, be naturally task oriented and be a friendly person.
Strong people skills and customer focus;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Organizational and problem-solving skills;
Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (8:00 hours per day);
Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);
Must have European citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Education to grade 12 or equivalent;
