Ensure and oversee the delivery, implementation and confirmation of all recommendations and initiatives to solve client's major incidents to ensure service is delivered as agreed;
Facilitate the delivery of projects by orchestrating communication between customer/operation teams;
Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions are put in place;
Be the main point of contact between the client and the Competence Centre with the responsibility of doing requirements gathering to consequently generate work

Requirements:
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar;
5 or more year of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager;
Experience/Knowledge in many types of technological solutions (i.e. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares);
Good level of English (minimum, B2 level)
