Intapp is seeking a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and recruiting the best technical/engineering talent in the Lisbon marketplace. You'll need to be part researcher, brand advisor, talent coinsurer, and passionate engagement specialist. You will play an essential role in bringing in top technical and engineering talent, engaging with candidates and management to ensure a best in-class recruiting experience.

What you'll do:
Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding process.
Source passive candidates using proactive recruiting methods for open positions while building a pipeline of talent for future needs.
Post and monitor positions on 3rd party job boards.
Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well represented.
Maintain company's ATS (workday) by updating candidate and requisition statuses.
Perform general administrative functions, such as copying, creating and updating recruiting forms, templates, and activity reports.
Provide general backup to the Senior Technical Recruiters and all other recruiters as needed.
Collaborate with the HR department in additional areas, such as employee events and departmental projects.
What you'll need:
3-5 years of technical and engineering talent acquisition/recruiting experience required.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using resume database tools.
Ability to use creative recruiting methods with limited resources.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (preferably hireEZ/LinkedIn recruiter and workday).
Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn.
