We look for people who are ready for that challenge, are not afraid to fail from time to time and learn from those failures together with us in a safe environment.Our engineers work with customers to implement ThousandEyes solution and drive customer onboarding to the platform. Now we want to go to the next level by having our own Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee technical implementation projects to ensure that use cases are deployed smoothly and on time. You will encounter a variety of projects ranging from a few dozen to thousands of hours with a lot of moving parts and demanding stakeholders. If all that sounds exciting to you, then you are probably the right person for the job!Required ExperienceMin. 2-3 + years of Project Management experienceDirect experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycleRelevant Project Management certification: PRINCE2, PMP etc.Strong technical acumenExperience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environmentsFamiliarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIsExperience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependenciesExperience working with senior level customer collaboratorsResponsibilitiesLead and plan the IT project implementation from the initiation until closureBuild strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, create robust project plans and drive engagement successfully towards completionMonitor and track action items through to closure.
