Where will you work?CS&Q is responsible for managing and improving every interaction throughout a customer's journey with Schneider. This includes understanding the customer's needs, preferences, and pain points throughout their journey, and then designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and initiatives to enhance our overall customer experience. It also involves ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations.This position is crucial for aligning customer experience initiatives with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with various teams and leaders provides the opportunity to influence decision-making processes that directly impact customer perception and satisfaction. Understanding customer needs and preferences enables advocating for customer-centric solutions that not only enhance the overall customer experience but also drive business growth, customer retention, and long-term loyalty. Additionally, ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations through processes to identify, address, and prevent issues in order to maintain high quality standards.What will you do?Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement; Developing and implementing customer-centric processes across various touchpoints; Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience; Sharing and promoting global customer experience programs within the organization;Measuring and sharing customer satisfaction KPIs with the organization;Driving initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and value;Implementing corrective actions when issues are identified;Communicating with customers about problems and solutions;Training staff in quality practices;Advocating for the customer within the organization to ensure their needs are prioritized in decision-making.What will you learn?This position will allow you to develop a holistic understanding of customer experience, business, and strategic alignment, while enhancing your interpersonal and professional skills.Communication: Improving communication skills through interactions with diverse teams, leaders, and customers.
