As a Technical Product Owner, you will oversee product development and ensure alignment with both strategic goals and engineering standards. This role involves coordinating with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap & Planning: Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with customer and company objectives.
Technical Coordination: Define and prioritize tasks with the development team, adhering to security and deployment standards.
Backlog & Sprint Management: Manage and prioritize the project backlog; plan and coordinate sprints with clear capacity planning.
Stakeholder & Team Engagement: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams through regular updates and meetings.
Support & Bug Tracking: Monitor 2nd-level support issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
Feature Testing & Release Management: Oversee feature testing, manage releases, and document changes.
Requirements:
Strategic Planning Skills: Proven experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with both customer and company objectives.
Technical Coordination Proficiency: Ability to define, prioritize, and manage technical tasks in collaboration with development teams, with a strong understanding of security and deployment standards.
Agile Backlog & Sprint Management: Expertise in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and resource capacity management in an agile environment.
Stakeholder Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to facilitate clear and effective updates and alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.
Support & Issue Resolution: Demonstrated experience in monitoring, tracking, and resolving support issues, with a focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Testing & Release Oversight: Skilled in managing feature testing, release cycles, and maintaining detailed documentation for all changes and updates.
Languages: Business Level Portuguese + English. German (nice to have)
