Technical Product Manager (Portugal) (M/F/X)

We're currently growing our team of Technical Product Managers to take part in some new and amazing projects and become part of multidisciplinary teams!
A Technical Product Manager at xgeeks is responsible for the success of the product by making sure the desired outcomes are achieved.
How we expect you to achieve the outcomes

Assessing the 4 main risks: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability.
Identifying, tracking, and measuring success metrics and outcomes.
Discovering and validating end-users' pain points, product requirements, and potential solutions.
Managing stakeholders as the core point of communication in a cross-functional team.
Creating and enforcing product vision/strategy & go-to-market strategy.
Plan and execute the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written/spoken).
Business savviness.
Strong critical and strategic thinking.
Data-driven problem-solving mindset.
Accurate time management skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Technical skills (at least, main concepts knowledge):

Coding.
Infrastructure services/tools.
Deployment processes/tools.
Data: DB, data structures, and ETL processes.
System architecture (Monolith, microservices...).
