The Japanese PG instruction (something like a system structure design document) from Japanese PL was translated into English, and Developer. Check and review the validity of the above deliverables and correctly communicate the status to Japanese PL. Understand the progress. Understand the reasons for progress and delay and communicate them to Japanese PL. Also, we suggest how to recover in case of delay. Regarding the creation of test cases, we received instructions in Japanese from Japanese PL, understood the content, and determined the creation policy. To the delivery team, grasp the current information, and tell them the status of completion and the status you want them to implement. In addition, understand the instructions of Japanese PL and respond flexibly. Required technical skills: Development experience in commercial application building projects. Series of experience in high-level design - detailed design - manufacturing/single unit - integration testing - comprehensive testing. Java/JSP or Experience developing with TypeScript (e.G. Angular/React). Any project management experience such as leader/sub-leader/PMO. Reviewer experience (SS documents/PS documents/Sources/PT specifications/IT specifications). Japanese and English fluency: written and spoken. Required soft skills: Positive and challenging thinking. Ability to solve problems. Positive communication, the ability to move forward (how can we do this? ability to think). Leadership and commitment to lead developers/strong commitment to project success.
