Also in 2022, we were certified as a Great Place to Work.In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Lead with 4 or more years of professional experience in roles as:IT Operations Manager;SRE/Platform Engineer/Devops/Cloud/Infraestructure Lead;Production Support lead;Systems Engineering leadQualificationsExperience with APM monitoring tools ( Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic) and/or ELK stackHands-on technical expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution ( CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions)Experience with Issue & Tracking systems ( JIRA or ServiceNow)Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (, Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies)Knowledge in Cloud environments ( Azure, AWS or GCP)Knowledge using relational databases or NoSql ( Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)Good level of Spanish and English (mandatory)Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similarAdditional InformationRemote working model, in Portugal
