We are looking for a Technical Lead, with 5+ years of experience for an exciting and challenging position!
Must have:
Expertise in C# programming with extensive experience in .NET 6 or later versions.
Deep understanding of common patterns for integrating various systems and applications.
Experience in designing, developing, securing & maintaining APIs that follow the OpenAPI standards.
Skilled in managing and securing APIs using Azure API Management services.
Proficient in creating, deploying, and managing serverless Azure Function Apps.
Experience in automating workflows using Azure Logic Apps.
Strong knowledge of both SQL databases and NoSQL databases for diverse data storage needs.
Ability to use Azure Monitoring tools for tracking performance and ensuring system health.
Experience of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and collaborative development tools.
Expertise in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps.
7+ Years working as a Technical Lead.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong understanding of project life cycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Ability to create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and roadmaps & deep familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
Understanding of basic programming concepts and common technologies (SQL databases, APIs, Azure cloud platform).
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks.
Ability to develop contingency plans and mitigate issues effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, including gathering requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations.
Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics to report project performance.
Preferred skills:
Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or PRINCE2.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, especially for projects involving sensitive data.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to track project metrics and KPIs.
