We are in search of a Technical Implementation Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of our solutions while serving as a technical expert for customer success initiatives.
What will be your responsibilitiesAct as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between client needs and engineering teams;Manage the implementation of Bloq.it's solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction;Provide technical expertise and guidance on the solution's architecture, APIs, and overall functionality;Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency;Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices;Collaborate with the engineering team to address client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction;Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes.What are the requirements to join us in this position5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related field;Strong technical expertise, with a proven ability to understand and explain complex systems, including APIs and integrations;Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;Demonstrated expertise in creating and improving processes from scratch;Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;Fluency in English.
