Project Overview
In this project, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a key player in the banking sector across the EU and globally. You will be part of a multicultural team spanning over 50 countries, working on developing solutions in the areas of investments, business solutions, or commercial/personal services.

Position: Technical Expert
We are seeking a Technical Expert to join this project located in Lisbon with the following requirements:

Professional experience with Dynatrace and prior experience as a Java Tech Lead

Architecture-oriented technical expertise for validating application deliverables

Knowledge of AWS Cloud

Prior experience as a Project Manager for structuring and prioritizing initiatives, leading teams, and managing budgets

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

Validate deliverables of the Application decommissioning procedure

Support the adoption of Dynatrace APM Tool

Provide support for Dynatrace users

Visualize user journeys and services

Measure user experience

Monitor application performance and availability

Create alerts based on exceeded metrics

Monitor application health status through Dashboard creation

Provide backup for AWS and ADM activities
