Technical Director (Remote)

What are you working on? The name of the project(s): UFL
Genres: Sports, Simulation
Platforms: PC, Console
For which tasks (responsibilities)? Own technical roadmap of the UFL game;
Collaborate with the other discipline directors to provide a clear vision of the game;
Provide technical solutions to support the game features;
Give technical advice to help with project planning;
Work closely with Lead Engineers across the studio to ensure high quality code that meets the requirements of the game;
Report directly to the CTO.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Expert knowledge of game development;
A team-player mindset and strong leadership skills;
Technical Direction experience for at least one successfully launched AAA gaming title (Technical Director / CTO role);
Excellent programming skills, but with a director-level perspective;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present your ideas to a large group of discipline experts and other leads on the project;
Expert knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine 4/5.
