Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will contribute to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation, and automation of end processes (e.g., Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Responsibilities: Your role:
Within Airbus Customers Services, 'Tech Data Support & Services' (SID) is responsible for defining, producing, delivering, and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services necessary for customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft.
Within this framework, the jobholder is accountable for the following activities delivered by the team:
Ensuring aircraft return to services by securing a high level of TD completeness.Defining and securing interfaces with retrofit organizations, engineering, programmes, and suppliers including escalation management to unblock issues.Collaborating with Technical Data authoring domains to integrate aircraft return to service in the way they manage priorities.Leading or contributing to initiatives dedicated to improve TD completeness (People, Process, Methods, and Tools).Leading or contributing to root cause analysis in order to definitively solve systemic issues.Responsibilities - your mission: Secure A/C return to services and ensure TD completeness:Collaborate with entities in charge of the authoring/production to ensure that all missing deliverables will be produced before the A/C return to service. The target is to reach 100% completeness for each return to service A/C.Define and maintain interfaces with Retrofit organizations, Engineering, Programmes, Supplier tech data organizations including escalation process.Present ICA situation and status to management (SID, Retrofit organizations and programmes):Steer ICA completeness monitoring review on a weekly basis.Present ICA situation and associated action to management (SID weekly, SID event, SI event, or other management meeting).Identify recurring issues and initiate/support root cause analysis.Manage or contribute to some improvement projects.Output: TD Completeness status for each A/C return to service.Monitor and drumbeat action plan dedicated to deliver missing ICA before A/C return to services.Network development and management within Retrofit Organizations (SIM, SR, SX), Engineering (1), and Programmes (B) organizations.Network development and management within SID.Continuous monitoring of root causes which prevent us from delivering our ICA 100% complete.Overall knowledge of all processes and tools covering Technical Data and delivery to ensure Product/Service/Solution delivery to the customer according to the contract requirements and expectations.Competencies: If you have:
