A Snapshot of Your Day:
You will perform the creation of service product data for Auxiliary Parts for the business of Gas/Steam turbines and generators, which we need for delivering the spare part packages as well as for technical and commercial clarification and the catalogue creation in the day-to-day business. You will set up the correct structure, based on the forwarded customer/vendor documentation in our ERP system while using existing IT software solutions and processes. Furthermore, you support data quality improvements together with our global guides from different functions. In this context of data readiness, you will play a crucial role in shaping the change from reactive to proactive clarification.
How You will Make an Impact:
As a technical Data creator, you will mainly:
Create/build up the component structures based on feedback from an Expert team.
Identify missing parts and track the completeness.
Perform quality checks based on service needs.
Create & modify the material master and bring them into specific unit configuration structures (UCS).
You have opportunities to drive continuously digital process improvements. You will be the point of contact for the handed over Data from the New Apparatus business to service and support with your detailed technical knowledge.
What You Bring:
You have graduated from university, preferably in Machine Engineering, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent. You want to start your career path in a leading international energy company. You want to participate in building up a new Data & Clarification Hub in Portugal.
You speak English at an advanced level.
You are interested in Data structures as well as analyzing & solving complex data challenges in an environment of large assets to serve the global Energy Service business.
You are a very good communicator along with problem-solving and proactive skills.
You are a team player but you also work independently.
You are highly motivated to work in an international matrix organization and to collaborate cross-functionally.
Terms like empowerment and self-driven agile teams are nothing new for you.
You have advanced MS Office365 application skills, preferably with first experiences in data cleansing as well as in SAP and Teamcenter.
