Job Description: We are urgently seeking Technical Customer Support Specialists to assist customers with product features, technical issues, and inquiries related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity.
You will be the voice of a well-known client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through various communication channels (voice, email, chat).
