Job Title: Technical Customer Support - voice/email/chat

Salary package:

Monthly base salary: 1000 EUR gross
2 extra month salaries per year
Annual base salary: 14000 EUR
Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908.72 EUR per annum
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month, 240 EUR per annum
Annual income: 17,588.72 EUR, including base salary, meal and transport allowance
Performance Bonus: 120 EUR per month, 1440 EUR per annum
Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational)
Saturday and Sunday - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break, 5 days per week
As a Customer Support Specialist for a prominent client, you will manage customer inquiries about product features, technical issues, and more. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity. Accurately document interactions and maintain data integrity in our systems. Adapt quickly to changes and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
Offer pre-sales advice, address general inquiries, and provide technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve support tickets efficiently.
Manage your own ticket queue and follow team directives.
Maintain flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Provide constructive feedback on support materials.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Italian
Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
