Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent for Bose will be:
Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and document relevant case information
Assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone/email/social media channels
Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social/forums/e-commerce reviews) channels
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
Requirements
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
You are motivated, reliable and committed in your work

Type of contract: one-year contract, renewable every year
Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM)
Salary conditions (*):
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ – 1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
Excluding accommodation: 1.350€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
Airport pick up
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
Private health insurance included from the first day of your contract
