Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be: Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions.

Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts.

Dealing with sensitive data.

Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.

Having interest in technical support and troubleshooting.

Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people.

Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace.

Being able to handle sensitive data reliably.
