Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Customer Advisor will be: Offer information, solutions and to advise customers regarding the company's services, over the phone, emails and chatContribute to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contactAchieve the performance targets defined by the projectEnsure and participate in the success of the departmentGuarantee clients satisfaction and high level of qualitySkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a native level of German and good level of English – this is a must!Experience in technical Troubleshooting is an advantageYou have a professional attitude and strong customer service skillsYou have excellent listening and communication skillsYou are willing to learn, develop and acquire new skillsYou are dynamic and self-motivatedYou are open minded, a real team player and willing to work in an international and multicultural environmentWhat's in it for you?
