You will work with the Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) Implementation team which provides implementation and post-installation remote and on-site technical support to Customers using HCIS solutions.The Technical Consultant will provide technical support to Philips Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, installations, maintenance, repair, and other associated activities at customer's premises in Iberia.Your role:Provide remote and on-site technical support to the project team.Act as technical lead for small and medium implementations and manage escalations to the respective team.Remote monitoring: Understand alerts generated by our systems, open a ticket incident if needed, and provide support to close the incident if possible.Third-party ticket communication: Responsible for communicating incidents to our service partners via mail or using dedicated platforms.Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/paperwork.Actively adhere to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines.Ensure smooth transition to support projects from a technical point of view.You're the right fit if you have:Experience with PACS and/or RIS health products desirable.Knowledge of integration using standards like HL7, DICOM, Web services, etc.University degree.Native in Portuguese and Spanish, with fluency in English.Experience in Oracle or SQL databases, Windows-based operating systems, and remote support software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop technically as the products evolve.Enthusiastic with a strong sense of team spirit.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
