Experience: 1+ years Key Responsibilities Application Architecture: Identify the best alternatives for application architecture enhancements Development and Customization: Specify and evaluate the effort required for developments and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Design and code new applications Testing and Implementation: Plan tests and implement solutions Migration Support: Provide support for migration processes (upgrades) Technical Support: Offer technical support to clients Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premises Customization: Highly customized; specific modules and construction details are not provided Environment: Not using Azure Cloud; entirely on-premises Role Focus: Development and customization, integration of new modules (Application level only, not infrastructure) Main requirements Technical Skills Required Platform Specialization: .NET (AspNet), JavaScript, Ado.Net using C# and VB Application Development: Experience in developing Windows, Web, and Mobile (PocketPC) applications for both operational and management aspects (Business Intelligence) Microsoft Dynamics 365: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture for system integration (legacy) and specific development (components) Focus on maintaining development quality while minimizing costs during upgrades and enhancements Database Management: RDBMS expertise, especially in SQL Server Data modeling skills
