Tasks Diagnose and resolve L3 technical-functional incidents (e.g., analyzing log files from applications and middleware)
Maintain documentation for software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the service
Contribute to the implementation of change requests
Participate in problem analysis and root cause reviews as needed
Support technical obsolescence management and roadmap planning
Requirements 5 years' experience
Experience in Manufacturing / PLD / MDM Products / HSE
Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, MySQL, Linux, Tomcat, SQL Server, Networking (Advanced)
Cybersecurity (Basic)
