Technical Analyst

We are looking for a  Technical Analyst  to work in this project in  Lisbon  or  Oporto  ( hybrid ).

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar position;

Experience with Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, MySQL, Linux, Tomcat, and SQL Server;
Knowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity;

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve L3 technical-functional incidents;

Maintain documentation for software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain;

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the service;

Contribute to the implementation of change requests;

Participate in problem analysis and root cause reviews as needed;

Support technical obsolescence management and roadmap planning.
