Technical After Sales Representative – North Portugalstow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.
Location: Ovar, Portugal
Main Responsibilities:Manage the order portfolio of the existing customers and look for new market opportunities, autonomously in own region.Liaise with Technical team to prepare inspections, repairs and spare-parts quotes, and present them to clients.Schedule inspections with clients, inspect the technical condition of their warehouse racks and draft the inspection reports.Coordinate repairs with Backoffice team, to assure all issues are addressed swiftly.Regularly follow-up with clients and assess sales opportunities.Strive for developing a solid long-term relationship with clients, acting as a technical partner for warehouse racks.QualificationsPrevious experience in an after sales, customer service, or technical support role.AutoCAD 2D and technical knowledge related to racking industry, namely N15635, is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus).Additional InformationWhat can we provide you?
