We are searching for a dedicated and technical-savvy customer support specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and knowledgeable assistance, resolving technical issues, and supporting customer inquiries in a timely manner.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, especially within the context of AdTech, and strong customer service skills. Skills: Technical troubleshooting Customer service and support Effective communication Problem-solving and critical thinking Detail-oriented and organizational abilities Client engagement and relationship management Campaign planning, management, and optimization Data analysis and performance reporting Documentation and knowledge base development AdTech platforms (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges) Chrome Developer Tools JavaScript, HTML, CSS Postman for API interactions SQL for database querying Charles Proxy for network traffic analysis Familiarity with HTTP(S) protocols and web traffic debugging Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AdTech platforms, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs. Facilitate smooth integrations between AdTech solutions and other systems. Support the complete lifecycle of digital ad campaigns from configuration to optimization. Utilize data analytics to diagnose campaign issues, enhance, and report performance insights. Craft and update essential documentation, guides, and training materials for various stakeholders. Ensure the streamlined operation of AdTech systems, guaranteeing accurate ad delivery and tracking. Act as a consultant to clients on AdTech best practices. Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing consistent updates and ensuring total resolution satisfaction.
