Familiarity with HTTP(S) protocols and web traffic debugging
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AdTech platforms, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs.
Facilitate smooth integrations between AdTech solutions and other systems.
Support the complete lifecycle of digital ad campaigns from configuration to optimization.
Utilize data analytics to diagnose campaign issues, enhance, and report performance insights.
Craft and update essential documentation, guides, and training materials for various stakeholders.
Ensure the streamlined operation of AdTech systems, guaranteeing accurate ad delivery and tracking.
Act as a consultant to clients on AdTech best practices.
Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing consistent updates and ensuring total resolution satisfaction.
