Position As a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, specializing in sourcing and attracting top tech talent in a fast-paced and highly competitive market, as part of our European team.
Your primary focus will be building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential tech candidates that align with our business needs and our 7 strategic commitments, ensuring all candidates receive a best-in-class experience. You will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across various functions, including software development, engineering, IT, and other tech-related areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting high-performing, high-potential tech hires who will drive our business forward. You will consult with hiring managers and HR partners to understand critical technical capabilities, source and pre-screen candidates, and facilitate debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality tech candidates are hired.
You will work closely within the wider people community on our Group HR agenda, collaborating on and contributing to key projects that continuously improve and implement core talent acquisition processes and tools. Your expertise in tech recruitment will be crucial in identifying innovative sourcing strategies and building a diverse talent pool to support our technical teams.
Responsibilities Develop and execute tech-specific talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to attract top technical talent; Partner with local HR, rewards and hiring managers to define success profiles and create targeted sourcing strategies for roles in software development, engineering, IT, data science, and more to attract diverse candidates that match our cultural and strategic objectives; Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, technical assessments and offer creation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience; Utilize tech-specific platforms and sourcing methods (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage with high-potential tech candidates; Provide expert guidance on best practices in tech recruiting to our TA team, and provide regular updates to HR and business teams on the status of open roles; Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Ideal candidate At least 5 years of experience in tech recruiting within an international, fast-paced matrix environment; Proven ability to assess technical talent and familiarity with various tech interview techniques and technical assessment methods; Experience managing tech recruitment across multiple geographic regions and tech domains; Strong knowledge of global and local tech recruitment practices, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve recruitment challenges; Excellent communication skills in English and ideally Portuguese, both written and verbal; A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Working hours Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and you'll be required to work one day from our office in Lisbon (Parque das Nações).
