As a Customer Support Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. You'll resolve customer requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues, ensuring high-quality service every time.
What you'll be doing:Customer Interaction: Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels, providing pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.Technical Problem-Solving: Offer solutions to technical issues such as product setup, wireless connectivity, and software or hardware troubleshooting.Consistent Service Delivery: Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in both private and public interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Ticket Management: Manage your own ticket queue, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to higher support tiers as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with technicians to resolve more complex technical help tickets and ensure prompt issue resolution.Proactive Feedback: Review and provide valuable feedback on help content to improve the overall customer service experience.Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned duties to ensure seamless customer service delivery and contribute to improvements in processes.
