What Your Work Week Looks Like:
Schedule:Monday to Friday (yes, even on bank holidays)
Hours:07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Days Off:Weekends so you can relax and recharge!
What We Offer:
Base Salary:895 per month (paid 14 times per year)
KPI Bonus:100 annually for meeting performance goals
Meal Allowance:7.23 per day
Transportation Allowance:20 per month
Health Insurance:Starts from Day 1, free after 6 months!
? Relocation Package:
Airfare Reimbursement:Up to 400 for economy class, after 6 months of the contract
Accommodation:Apartment room for 280/month (discounted directly from the payslip) for the first 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Providetech supportfor various smart lighting products viaphone, email, chat, andsocial media
Handlepre-sales inquiries, answergeneral questions, and resolvetechnical issues
Manage and updatehelp tickets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
Escalate complex issuesto higher support tiers when necessary
Collaborate with other technicians to solve customer problems
Maintainaccurate documentationof customer interactions in our system
Who Were Looking For:
Native French speakerwith solid communication skills
English B2 proficiencyfor collaboration in our multinational team
Passionate abouthelping customersand finding solutions to technical problems
Comfortable in adynamic, ever-changing environment
Open to feedback and eager to improve
