What Your Work Week Looks Like: Schedule: Monday to Friday (yes, even on bank holidays) Hours: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends so you can relax and recharge!
What We Offer: Base Salary: 895 per month (paid 14 times per year) KPI Bonus: 100 annually for meeting performance goals Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day Transportation Allowance: 20 per month Health Insurance: Starts from Day 1, free after 6 months!
? Relocation Package: Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 for economy class, after 6 months of the contract Accommodation: Apartment room for 280/month (discounted directly from the payslip) for the first 12 months Key Responsibilities: Provide tech support for various smart lighting products via phone, email, chat , and social media Handle pre-sales inquiries , answer general questions , and resolve technical issues Manage and update help tickets , ensuring quick and effective resolutions Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary Collaborate with other technicians to solve customer problems Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our system Who Were Looking For: Native French speaker with solid communication skills English B2 proficiency for collaboration in our multinational team Passionate about helping customers and finding solutions to technical problems Comfortable in a dynamic, ever-changing environment Open to feedback and eager to improve Why This Role?
