We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our PERM Team. You'll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic! In a short period we have reached the hearts of both scale-ups and larger organizations by delivering spot-on curated candidate shortlists, increased job offer acceptance rates and shorter time-to-fill.About You You must be an awesome person with two years of experience in tech hiring; You rock when you need to manage your pipelines / Applicant Tracking System; You know how to source (Boolean search methods or other sourcing will be highly preferable); You are an experienced person in stakeholder management; You're a proactive person and keen to learn; Your mom always told you that you are organized and independent; High English level.
