We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who will play a crucial role in steering the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the success of our tech recruitment team! What you'll be doing: Source candidates by leveraging Landing. Jobs database platform and other recruitment platforms Review and curate candidate applications, featuring top talent by rating relevant information based on the candidate's profile Monitor and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing support and guidance as needed Work closely with Recruitment Managers to influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel Main requirements +1 year of experience in tech recruitment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and database Familiarity with diverse recruitment tools Understanding of tech industry trends and terminologies Attention to detail skills, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written English skills Nice to have Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or similar; Benefits & Perks Why should you apply?
