Tech Product Owner Remote / Hybrid

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in creating value-driven strategic roadmaps. You will work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs.
Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and articulate a clear vision for our products and customer experience initiatives, creating a value-driven strategic roadmap.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate product features and customer experience enhancements, using insights to drive improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the integration of third-party services and ensure seamless functionality within our products.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement, helping to inform product decisions.
Work independently to explore opportunities for grouping products and personalization to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and priorities.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and how to leverage them for product enhancement.
Experience with integration of third-party services and tools.
Proficient in data analysis to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights that inform product development.
Technical background, with a strong understanding of both product management and technology concepts.
Proven experience in customer experience roles, with a focus on enhancing user journeys and satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to create strategic roadmaps that add value and align with business goals.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also effectively collaborating within a team environment.
Familiarity with product grouping and personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience.
