The Role We are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our Programmable Network team. You will work with engineering managers and stakeholders to produce scalable technical solutions. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, decision-making, and strategic vision.
What you will do: Iterate with customers and stakeholders to determine technical requirements and recommend tech solutions;Establish and maintain high-quality engineering standards within the team;Design and present solutions, identifying impacts, efforts, and needed resources;Promote best practices for a high-scale web or mobile environment;Engage other engineers with the technologies we're working with;Work towards alignment and continuous improvement across the company;Lead the team by example, mentoring in the engineering craft;Participate in recruitment activities.What you will bring: Experience in technical leadership in Telecom, IT, and/or Engineering;Experience in developing and operating scalable systems in a distributed ecosystem;Strong experience in software development (Java, Go, or other Object-Oriented languages);Strong software architecture knowledge focused on performance and scalability;Experience with API and database design;Knowledge of networking principles & protocols, including security;Working knowledge of modern monitoring technologies;Business-oriented problem-solving mindset;Attention to detail and an automation mindset;Confident technical decision-making skills;Self-motivated with strong communication skills (fluent in English).Benefits Join 1GLOBAL for an opportunity to shape the future of telecommunications:
