Tasks Project: Full remote - Portugal International project - English - Development of new features and bug fixing.

- Lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Symfony.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement technical requirements.

- Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

- Work on defining scalable architectures and continuously improving software infrastructure.

- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and performance challenges.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar area.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

- Solid experience with PHP and the Symfony framework.

- Experience with databases: MySQL, SQL Server or MongoDB.

- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js, is a plus.

- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.

- Experience in working on international projects.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Fluent in English
