Your Role As a Tech Lead, you will be the key technical leader of a cross-functional engineering team. You will use your deep technical experience to collaborate in the design of technical solutions and input into the architecture of software systems in the eCommerce domain. Stakeholders will see you as a go-to person for technical insights and decisions. You will lead by example and foster a culture of excellence by considering the needs of users, business goals, and both functional and non-functional requirements. With a strong DevOps and "run what you wrote" mentality, you will lead a team in the development and operation of highly-scalable services using Node.Js in AWS. CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Quality Engineering, and Feature Flags are part of your toolkit and give you the confidence to deploy to production frequently without unscalable approval processes. In this role, you will collaborate with other cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of services. Contribute to the architectural decisions, code reviews, and quality assurance processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.Js development. Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Ensure the adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience A proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer within retail eCommerce ecosystems. 5+ years of professional experience in Node.Js development. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with a deep understanding of Node.Js
