We're looking for a Tech Leader to join meaningful digital transformation projects in the European Funds and Investments sector aimed at providing integrated, agile, flexible, and master-class tools. It is a project of great impact because it is directly related to the management of European Community Funds. In this project, we follow a Composable approach instead of the traditional approach (monolith) where the functionality of the applications will be distributed by various components (NuGets) that can be reused by other teams to enhance the use of cross-cutting and common features for our customers. The project will be developed from scratch - technically it's a big challenge in .Netcore 6, SQL Server, and Blazor - you will have the opportunity to participate and contribute to the decision-making process. Required Competences: 5+ years of experience; 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader, with management and project technical coordination experience. Master's degree in computer engineering; 5+ years of participation in custom development projects is mandatory. Previous experience with .NET Core Frameworks. Experience in IoC - Dependency Injection. Experience in REST API Implementation. Experience using SQL Server. Ease of relationship and communication with different stakeholders. Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks. Preferred Competencies: Previous experience following Agile methodologies. Experience in Blazor, Azure DevOps: Boards, Repos (Git), Pipelines, and Artifacts (nice to have). Application of best practice standards, such as SOLID (optional).
