Tech Lead

We are looking for an Tech Lead to work in this project in Aveiro.

Must have: Microsoft Azure | Cloud Computing | Team Leadership

That's What It's About:  Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team;Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment;Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage;Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process;Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery;Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations;Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality;Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning;Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team. Requirements: Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers;Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you;Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work;Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress;Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion;Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
