Astra Dao is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and contributing to the architecture and development of our cutting-edge cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovationArchitect and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)Drive the adoption of best practices, including DORA metrics, to enhance team performance and product qualityCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmapsContribute actively to code development, code reviews, and technical documentationEnsure high code quality and consistent coding styles across the teamLead system design efforts for new features and improvementsConduct thorough peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain spaceRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software productsExtensive experience with React, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWSStrong system design skills, with the ability to architect complex, scalable solutionsExpertise in maintaining high code quality standards and implementing consistent coding stylesExtensive experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedbackFamiliarity with DORA metrics and a history of being a top contributor on high-performing development teamsActive annual Github contributions, demonstrating ongoing engagement with open-source or personal projectsStrong understanding of software architecture principles and design patternsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developersPassion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with AI/ML technologies and data-driven applicationsKnowledge of cryptocurrency protocols and blockchain ecosystemsFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesExperience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesTrack record of implementing and maintaining coding standards and best practices
