What you will be working on: We work in a scaled agile model within an Agile Release Train and you will be part of the Global Application Delivery Train working on the key components of our B2B architecture. You will bring these skills and experience to make our team a center of excellence: Proven experience as a Software Developer. Be able to contribute to our eCommerce technology stack as a Developer. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 4 or more years related work experience with at least 1 year of experience building, deploying and operating B2B-specific solutions (large scale, multi-country, multi-language Ecommerce B2B web sites are desirable). Experience using and implementing Content Management solutions to drive front end development. Technical knowledge of SAP solutions is desirable. Understanding of key B2B value chain components, and related business processes, trends, and best practices is desirable but not a requirement. Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and B2B technologies are a plus. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and addressing security and compliance considerations in B2B solutions. Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing solutions
