Description: As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our organization. You will design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Java.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Archimate (TOGAF), Onion and Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices.
Minimum 1 year of experience in DevOps (Gitlab, Jenkins).
Knowledge of Machine Learning architectures.
Fluency in Portuguese.
Nice-To-Have:
CQRS Standard.
Experience in Lightbend Akka and Lagom in Java.
Experience in User Experience and User Interface.
Experience in Jira / Confluence.
Domain Driven Design (DDD) Skills.
Skills in designing technological solutions.
Skills in functional systems analysis and requirements gathering.
Skills in data integration processes.
Skills in developing event-driven systems.
Skills in using the CQRS framework.
Functional programming skills.
NP-complete problem-solving skills with Optaplanner.
Skills in using rule engines.
Development skills in containers and Kubernetes.
Infrastructure as code skills.
Skills in automating infrastructure and application deployment with automated pipelines.
Skills in Angular and TypeScript.
Development skills with Lagom framework and functional Java.
Skills in GitOps, Cassandra, Kafka, Lagom, Kibana, and Neo4J.
Skills in 100% versioned code and configuration (Gitlab, ArgosCD, Kubernetes operators, Golang Programming).
Languages & Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication in Portuguese.
Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
Location: Must be in Portugal (Maia).
Working Model: Hybrid (2 / 3 days at the client office).
