Tec Project Manager - Renewables & Charging

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of our technological roadmap, consisting of innovative solutions to leverage our business activities in the fields of EV Charging and Renewable Energy Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Renewables & Charging area, namely in technical requirements, field commissioning, testing and project implementations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the oversight of project implementations on the field.
Test and commissioning of EV & Renewables equipment.
Collaborate with the engineering team to define technical solutions for each site and/or client.
Coordinate and provide technical support to the Operations team on the field, guaranteeing smooth integration and implementation.
Support the tenders and technical requirements of new equipment and solutions.
Install, configure, and test software and hardware applications and related infrastructure within Renewing's framework.
Ensure seamless installation and integration of new solutions with existing hardware (e.g. EV Charging Stations and local sensing devices).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for the EV and Renewables Equipment (e.g. DC and AC Chargers, PV Inverters, Batteries).
Work with product management team to understand their specific requirements and guaranteeing smooth site installation.
Propose and implement enhancements to improve technical performance, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements and Competencies:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience with technical requirements, commissioning, and technical support.
Previous knowledge on the Electric Mobility market and hardware is a plus.
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Available to work mostly in a field environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus).
Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
