YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You will lead and support our Collection & Controlling team in the area of Business to Partner (B2P), as well as process and manage relevant projects in this area You will work with your team to ensure continuous monitoring of O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes and KPIs, and provide up-to-date reporting to all stakeholders, including senior management You will be responsible for resolving past due accounts directly with our international intermediary business partners and supporting your team in the pre-analysis process You will also ensure the timely evaluation of all partner incentives and manage associated billing processes You will be the first point of contact for any special billing processes and will provide the necessary data and reports YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have several years of experience in Controlling, Collections, Analytics, or Consulting in one of these fields, as well as solid practical experience in project management You have several years of hands-on leadership experience, either in line management or project management Your Microsoft Excel skills are second to none, and combined with your communication skills, no one can beat you when it comes to reports and presentations You are a solution-oriented and analytical thinker, constantly questioning processes and structures in a diligent and critical manner You stay structured in an agile environment and align tasks within the team You have a strong command of English, and additional German skills would be a plus WHAT WE OFFER Generous Time Off Enjoy 28 days of vacation, an additional day off for your birthday, and 1 volunteer day per year Work-Life Balance & Flexibility Benefit from a hybrid working model, flexible working hours, and no dress code Great Employee Benefits Access discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride, and SIXT+, along with partner discounts Training & Development Participate in training programs designed for your personal growth and development Health & Well-being Private health insurance to support your well-being Additional Perks Enjoy the Coverflex advantage system to enhance your employee experience Additional Information About us: We are a leading global mobility service provider with sales of €3.07 billion and around 9,000 employees worldwide.
