At the heart of our business, Telesales focuses on developing and expanding corporate client relationships with both prospective and existing customers, specializing in turnovers of up to €50,000. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Lead and drive the strategic development and growth of corporate client relationships
Supervise and manage Telesales operations Team in Lisbon, including proactive customer acquisition (Hunting) and nurturing of existing clients (Farming)
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member to ensure optimal performance
Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to foster a structured and high-performing sales team, emphasizing excellence in telephone sales techniques
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to position SIXT strategically in the market.
Efficiently utilize sales tools such as Genesis and Salesforce (SFDC) to enhance team productivity and results
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Proven track record of success in B2B Telesales, consistently delivering outstanding results over several years
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive sales teams to exceed performance targets
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration
Proficient in using CRM systems and telephone sales tools; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are a plus and highly valued
