Responsabilidades Chave Functional and application support team leader support is offered 24x7, requiring continuous monitoring of systems to guarantee the availability and efficiency of services.

Competências Academic background: computer engineering or similar;
Experience in leading support teams or helpdesk teams (1st/2nd line);
Experience managing: Windows Server Platform, IIS, BD SQL Server, Stored Procedures and SQL optimization;
Knowledge of the following programming languages is valued: SOAP, REST, WCF, JSON, HTTPS, SFTP, XML and protocols;
Experience in integrations processing (3-5 years);
Experience in incident monitoring detection and analysis (3-5 years);
Experience in implementing software interfaces (2-3 years);
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Remote incident resolution using management tools (3-5 years);
Background experience in 24/7 teams support;
English communication skills;
Availability to work on-site;
Valued skills: Coding skills: .NET C#, .NET aspx, Javascript, HTML, Entity framework, Dependency injection;
DevExpress reporting / Ext.NET / HTML5;
Knowledge/certification in Agile methodologies / Scrum;
Background in retail systems development;
Experience in deployment tools (BigFix);
Spanish communication skills.
