Responsabilidades ChaveFunctional and application support team leader support is offered 24x7, requiring continuous monitoring of systems to guarantee the availability and efficiency of services.

CompetênciasAcademic background: computer engineering or similar;Experience in leading support teams or helpdesk teams (1st/2nd line);Experience managing: Windows Server Platform, IIS, BD SQL Server, Stored Procedures and SQL optimization;Knowledge of the following programming languages is valued: SOAP, REST, WCF, JSON, HTTPS, SFTP, XML and protocols;Experience in integrations processing (3-5 years);Experience in incident monitoring detection and analysis (3-5 years);Experience in implementing software interfaces (2-3 years);Good communication and teamwork skills;Remote incident resolution using management tools (3-5 years);Background experience in 24/7 teams support;English communication skills;Availability to work on-site;Valued skills: Coding skills: .NET C#, .NET aspx, Javascript, HTML, Entity framework, Dependency injection;DevExpress reporting / Ext.NET / HTML5;Knowledge/certification in Agile methodologies / Scrum;Background in retail systems development;Experience in deployment tools (BigFix);Spanish communication skills.
