Requirements Fluent or native french language;Based in Porto city (or near);Minimum experience of 1 year, with responsibility for supervising inbound/backoffice teams;Experience in controlling, managing and improving KPI's;Good communication skills;Leadership and team coordination skills;Ability to maintain motivation and positive attitude in pressure situations;Customer orientation;Orientation towards results/objecives/quality;Capacity for critical and decisive analysis;Great team spirit.
