We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You are part of that team. What do you do in a day?
Daily management of personnel in your charge (assignment of posts, rotations, monitoring of tasks, etc.)Communication: prior work instructions, safety, occupational safety, procedures, department meetings, etc.Training and training of people in your charge.Planning daily resources (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.Daily management of pending collections and the respective team (customers without an account).What do we offer?
