adidas Porto is one of the key locations of adidas in Europe, our areas of expertise are focused on GBS (Global Business Services), Tech, Supply Chain Management and Digital.
The Inbound Planning Invoice Validation & Claims Management team, within our GBS hub, ensures accuracy and compliance of vendor invoices within the Global Logistics Function.
They handle all financial transactions according to company policies and efficiently manage claims against carriers, including filing and resolving claims when necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the team through coaching, training, and performance appraisals.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for the team's responsibilities.
Report the team's performance to the area manager/director.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners and global teams.
Identify and implement process improvements and solutions for operational challenges.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Work experience (4-5 years) in supply chain or logistics management.
1-2 years of experience in team management, performance reporting, and handling complex situations.
Strong knowledge of legal finance and invoicing processes within the supply chain.
Full understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and transport markets (Ocean, Air, Land).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
